Life starts at conception. As soon as we enter the womb, we embark on a mental, physical, and spiritual journey, absorbing a vast amount of emotional data from the environment  around us.

As intelligent beings, babies make their first choices while still in the womb, and their personality begins to form right there. This process continues throughout life, but it is in the womb, at birth, and during the first three years of life that they take roots. Most of these roots are good, but many are also less positive. You can create thoughts that condition your adult life, and even behavioural patterns you consider “normal” but that harm you and prevent you from achieving your goals in life, in relationships, and your career. Therefore, everyone should practice this Breathing Technique at some point in their lives.

But what can condition an adult? Everything the baby experienced during 3 years and 9 months, the story of their parents and dynamics and their deep-rooted thoughts and beliefs, the quality of their family relationships, health aspects, the family’s financial situation, the aspects of the relationship between the mother and father, the existence of other siblings, miscarriages or previous baby losses, the death of a family member during pregnancy or after the birth, the social, cultural, and political context of the country, how the labor unfolded, figures present at birth such as doctors, midwives, and family members and the aspects of their presence, whether the birth was vaginal, by c-section, with forceps, or other, whether the baby was full-term or premature, planned or unplanned, the time spent with mother and father during the first  3 years of life, their presence and attention to mental, physical, and emotional needs, and other events that may have occurred and that may have somehow assumed as part of his view of the world, himself, relationships, and of life in general, and which today shape the adult’s life, actions and worldview.

With this breathing technique, you will remember these past choices, accept them as part of you, identify them in the present time, and change what makes the most sense to you. You will be able to see and feel the profound impact of these choices, events, and experiences on your current life, and I will support you changing what limits you.

Rebirthing, as a breathing technique, is very subtle. It allows you to change what you truly need in order to feel more complete within yourself. During the first sessions, you will feel greater well-being and peace in your mind, body, and spirit.

So, what happens as you breathe? During breathing, older cellular memories are activated and released from the emotional and mental body, freeing up space to connect with more love for yourself and those around you. This leads to acceptance of your story, of yourself and those you love most, of your past and present life. Inner peace is restored and thus freeing up space for you to be your most authentic self. It can also help you make difficult decisions where clarity is still lacking, improving your self-esteem, health, relationships, and career.

You’ll have greater mental clarity and more creative thinking, and it will help you recognize the dynamics you tend to create in your relationships, why you create them, and how you can change them.

Over 10 sessions, I’ll not only guide you through your birth story and the first 3 years of life, but I’ll also provide you all the support you need and a safe, unconditional space to help you reconnect with the happiness and enthusiasm you deserve.
