There are many ideas about what it means to have self-esteem. Having self-esteem doesn’t mean to love ourselves more than everyone around us! It’s about learning to be in the world and to encounter others in that world equally.
What I have for you is not just an idea. It’s part of a project that Bob Mandel created called the “International Self-Esteem Project,” which already has roots worldwide.
