I’m Caty
I’m a Certified Rebirther since 2004 by Bob Mandel ISLP USA, Certified Logotherapist since 2024 by the Peruvian Institute of Logotherapy Viktor Frankl, and a certified Self-Esteem teacher since 2005 by Bob Mandel ISLP USA based on the fundamentals of the International Self-Esteem Project.
I have a degree in food technology engineering, and worked as a consultant, auditor and trainer in portuguese and spanish companies in quality management systems.
I attended and studied Rebirthing, Conscious Breathing, and Personal Growth seminars, Logotherapy, intense retreats and worked as a translator and assistant to Bob Mandel in Seminars and workshops in USA, Portugal and Spain.
I support people who have the desire to know themselves deeper and that wish to find a meaning for their lives, wether with Conscious Breathing and Rebirthing, Self-Esteem or Logotherapy.
I work in Lagos, south of Portugal.
